I gave it three stars because I frequent this place for lunch because I work in the shopping center. Usually when I go by myself I don't have an issue because I walk in and order something simple but recently I went with my friend through the drive-thru. She has stage 4 cancer and is on oxygen. We were in the Drive-Thru so long that her tank almost ran empty. Not only did they forget a burger but they said I didn't pay for it so they made me pay for it and then we got held up while they made it then I looked through the window and saw them grab a solid out of the freezer and realized that we didn't get our salad either. Had I pulled away I would have pulled away without my burger or the salad and then I also noticed I didn't have my drink period on three separate occasions they tried to send us on our way without our food. Big disappointment and really no acknowledgement of their mistake. I did go back a couple days later with my son and tried the new garlic Sriracha fries and they were really good.

The guy at the drive-thru was very nice however when I got home and bit into my Asian chicken sandwich it was burnt to a crisp it tasted like they had cooked it earlier and just decided to stick it back in the fryer and feed it to me don't go there at night

This location never, and I mean never, puts enough sauce on the sandwiches. I used to work fast food way back in the day and our managers would try to tell us to just "wet the bun" to skimp on condiments and save on food costs. I am pretty sure they do that here. I am so tired of going through the drive-thru and going to eat my sandwich and their hardly being any sauce or condiments on it. I'm tired of always being disappointed.
