I can not begin to express how terrible the service is here. I simply wanted to order jr French fries, a grilled chicken sandwich and a watered down pink Lemonade. First of all the guy who was taking orders was awkward and could not understand me, I was speaking clearly. He got my order wrong 3 times. Then he canceled it even. He was putting in the combo for me but he said he could not make my fries jr. I told him to charge me a small or even extra but give me the jr ones because of my calorie intake. He kept saying he could not do that. Even have me attitude saying “wellll.... if you want me to charge you more than okay...” Whatever I told him to give me small and he places medium in the order for some reason. I went up to the window and this lady handed me my food. She asked “want some condiments?” I said ranch. I left out and I realized 1.) I did not have ranch although she asked me 2.) I did not have my fries they charged me for. I had to get out my car and go inside and tell the guy to just give me some jr fries. He was snobby and gave me some “free SMALL fries.” Great. Let’s not mentioned that the grilled chicken sandwich has a great honey mustard sauce spread in the bun, instead when I opened my burger it had some orange I guess, carrot spread. My lemonade was not even watered down enough, I can’t stand overly sweet stuff. Nothing went right. I simply asked for 4 things and they did not deliver a single thing right. If you’re a detailed person, please do not come here. Never in my life have a gotten such a messed up order.

Slow service and order was screwed up. However, the staff was helpful and courteous. The drive thru is fast compared to eating in.

Open Dinning room early to serve me and other customers. Good service even with staff being stress no computer. They need a upgrade

Customer service is very very bad. The chili in this location is nasty. I'm going further Into talking to the owner today about the managers. Very very rude. I'm disappointed your suppose to feel welcomed but when you go in you feel a bad vibe already...
