It's nice that they're open 24 hours. The inside dining room closes at 12:00 am. (midnight). They have good specials and value meals. Those that work there are usually friendly and fast. The one thing they could improve on is, if the costumer is standing there looking like they're ready to order, at least acknowledge them and tell them you'll be right with them. We understand that you're busy, but it's awkward for the customer and, frankly rude, not to say something to them, especially when several minutes have gone by. I love their tacos and shakes!

My grandfather, Jim Matthews, worked for Jack In The Box for over 30 years. He started his tenure as a JITB employee flipping burgers and retired as the corporate vice president of Foodmaker Incorporated in the early 90's. I, myself, have worked every position in a restaurant over the years in many capacities. Upon ordering our 2 combo meals, we were told to pull aside into a parking space to allow other customers to get their orders sooner. Approximately 20 minutes later, we were handed our food sans apology. The next 3 cars also pulled into a parking space. None of the other cars had passengers with them, and there was nobody pulled over when we arrived. I can't recall the last time I was forced to deal with the level of incompetence I experienced at this Jack In The Box tonight. If I hadn't been raised with such strong brand loyalty, I would never come back and would royally besmirch the good name of Jack In The Box for the rest of my days. Get it together, lest the wrath of Jack Goodall rain hell fire upon you all. Shame upon this restaurant! SHAME!!!
