Parking is available in the lot but expect a wait to be seated on a Sunday. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated. To be honest I am not sure why this place is so popular. The pancakes taste different, I'm not sure what exactly they use but they did not taste like butter but a little sour almost. I also got potato pancakes and they tasted a little like fish which is weird. My eggs benedict were very good so that's the only thing that made the wait worth it. I would just think a pancake place would have good pancakes but maybe you have to put more toppings for it to taste better.

I ordered Pecan Pancakes and they were heavenly! I just wish the portions were a bit smaller because I only able to eat about 2/3 of them.

Service was excellent. Coffee done right. Dollar pancakes are my favorite. They taste better than the ones in Florida. Floors slightly dirty but it was the end of the day. Will be going back!
