I honestly don't know why I continue to give them an opportunity to let me down. It's as if it's a brand new chain that never existed and they are trying to figure out how to operate a fast food business. I mean seriously! To think people like this are fight for a $15/hr minimum wage? Automation is coming to take your job. How can you mess up an order all the time? Update - New management = much better service...please keep up the good work. I'm glad as I really like Carl's Jr.

Bad customer service, I was ready to order breakfast but they kept putting me on hold, had me waiting so long to order that when I told him my breakfast order he told me breakfast is over with now ma’am. With a rude condescending voice. .... Really! Had me waiting so dam long he should have honored my breakfast order! Jerk

The employees at this location never seem happy and they're understaffed but they still cook my food pretty fast and it turns out pretty good. I recommend the $5 box combos. Everything except the $5 combos is too expensive in my opinion but that's just a Carl's Jr thing and nothing to do with this one location. I'll continue coming here since it's cheap and close to my job.

No napkins, no powder when served french toast sticks through the drive through, messed up my outfit with their runny drippy watery syrup and no napkins in the bag to clean up. Smh horrible

This place is actually ass, please don't come here. If you want a filling, go to Los primos which is in this plaza as well or Wendy's in the neighboring plaza
