Restaurant was recently remodeled. We always enjoyed the food and service before the remodel. We stopped by for dinner to see what changes were made. First thing we noticed is the wait staff have I pads for taking your order. The table arrangement seemed crowded. Our order was taken in short order, food took longer to arrive than we remembered prior to the remodel. There seemed to be little order in how table service was provided. To much scurrying around, no one stopped by our table to check on water. At the end of the meal, no one checked to ask if we wanted additional items. We had to flag down a waiter to ask for our bill. payment with credit card is via the same I pad that is used to write the order. Tips are predetermined in 5% increments stating at 15%. There is a no tip option as well. The short version of this, food is still good, service not so much.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Even though they were busy, we were in and out in 40 minutes. I ordered the beef banh mi and it was delicious. My husband ordered the beef fried rice and it was also amazing. I would definitely recommend stopping in for an affordable, tasty meal.

Definitely not what it used to be. The food is still wonderful, but the service, no good. I asked my group if it was the B squad, or if they switched the team from Poway, to this location. Nobody ever checked in on us, had to waive our hands to be noticed. Tried to find someone and opened the door to the kitchen and everyone was back there. Asked an employee for service and we were told "I'm not a waiter, I can't help you"

3/23/18 update: They've remodeled and changed their service policy. Very displeased with this place. I waited at 10 minutes and no one came to take my order. I was just sitting there doing nothing waiting. They took orders around me but skipped my table and one of them came in after me. I wasted valuable time on my lunch break to sit and wait and not be served. I walked out. I had to go somewhere else to scrounge up something to eat and now have no lunch break left to eat it. I'm taking this review from 3 stars down to 1 because that's just ridiculous. Positive: I didn't waste money on this place.

This place is good. The fried eggrolls and vermicelli is delicious. They were having some terrible service problem that day and it took us an hour and a half to eat lunch instead of what normally would have been a 40 minute lunch. Lunch is just a wreck lately though, so avoid it if crowds freak you out.
