Beware! Booked my table one week in advance for my wife's Birthday, asked for a table with a view. Upon arrival we were told to sit in the entrance as our table was not ready, 15 minutes later and we were never even offered a drink they said our table was ready. They seated us my a staircase without a view, we asked to be moved to a table by a window and were told they were all reserved. It took another 20 minutes before our drink order was taken so a total of 35 minutes had passed before we were offered a drink and another 10 minutes before they arrived. Dinner was average however my wife's steak was ordered medium and arrived raw to rare. We returned it and it came back 15 minutes later well done! Her lobster was over cooked as well and they were told and no recompense was made to us or even an apology. For the price they charged us for four people $540 you would expect much better service and defiantly better food. The server was non attentive and indifferent to our situation and after writing a note to the manager and handing it to him with my cell phone number on it and asked him to call me the next day to discuss the incident , he never called. They are only interested in your money and don't care about return service. Beware before booking, I will definitely not recommend this restaurant to any one. This pace is amazing! The food is world class, the service even better. If I could offer you any advice a make this a part of the San Francisco trip. Set aside some extra time to hit this hot spot!

Amazing view and a fulsome happy hour menu. The oysters are so reasonable and so are the drinks. I highly recommend stopping in for an afternoon treat.

You can be sure you're going to be taken care of as it's a family owned traditional style, yet classy and special experience dinning at Waterfront. Service is friendly, attentive. Staff know the menu and can make recommendations or take care of special orders and preparations if you're particular or are allergic to any food items.
