Placed an order, was told it was busy so 1 hour and 15 minute wait was in order. Called the restaurant multiple times once and the wait hit 2 hours ... finally got through. Was told they lost the order as he (the guy I was in the phone with) was the only driver for the night, they were busy and an additional 45 minute wait was in order to deliver the new pizza and it could not be comped. While on the phone the pizza arrived at my door 2 hours and 15 minutes later. He was clearly not on the phone with me. The pizza is good but not worth the wait or the lies.

1 star because the pizza is good. First time I came here was great service. This second, and last time my friends and I (4) were treated terribly. Walked to the man behind a register and he didn't regard us at all. Looked right past us. After 5min I asked if we order here. He said "at the register." there was another one. Waited a moment, another man asked for my friend's order and "for here or to go" there was no seating available so I said to go. Friend 1 replied "2 pepperoni" the man didn't hear and barked "what!?" (The place was loud) my friend repeated then I was sharply asked for my order, and then my 2nd friend. We were given our checks and I asked "we'd actually like to eat inside since a table opened up, if that's alright" The man replied "not normally. if someone comes in they're gonna want to sit down" and then looked away. Another employee followed up with "it causes confusion." We were confused because we are those people coming in wanting to sit! My 3rd friend stood there disregarded until after we all got our pizzas and he had to ask for service. I had to tell friend 1 who sat down already that we aren't allowed to eat here. We waited outside in the cold for friend 3 to get his pizza. Friend 3 filled us in on what happened inside: He got his pizza and was still waiting to pay. A customer behind friend 3 asked an employee if he could order. Employee said "you have to wait in line" (behind friend 3) then the employee asked friend 3 "what do you want" friend 3 replied "I want to pay for the pizza you gave me!" Paid and left. All confused and angry for the service we were given.

This place is an absolute joke. They treat their customers like complete garbage. I've been there a handful of times. Every time I have gone there, the staff ignore you for as long as they possibly can. Once you finally get their attention, they will begrudgingly serve you your order - but they take 3x the length of time that they should take to make and serve it to you. Once you finally get the food, they give the impression that you should be kissing their feet for giving you the pleasure of paying them for their service. Stay as far away from this pit of misery as you can.

Great place to grab a slice or the whole pie, fresh stuff here. They have some great brews on tap. This is a family friendly place, they even put the kids drawing up on the wall for art.

Just incredible pizza! Was in the city for a business trip with some colleagues and we were all blow away with this place. Kinda of a hole in the wall type place, not micro small but only a few tables inside. We sat on the street the first time there and I highly recommend that. The variety and quality of the ingredients they offer is outstanding. Sauce and crust are on point. We went drinking, but I saw some beer taps and some wine bottles if that's your thing. Our 2nd time we had a pie delivered to our hotel room and we got the giant one. Defiantly enough for 4 adults probably 5. Same amazing experience from delivery. Can't recommend this joint enough, if you are in the city and want some amazing Za, goto Za!
