I really try to give people the benefit of doubt. But I have NEVER had such horrible service. We waited over 25 minutes to be seated and watch the most rude hostess take people before us, giving preference to what seemed like people he knew. When I asked to speak to the manager, he was absolutely no help. I understand it's a Saturday night and businesses are busy but to treat paying customers this way was is just unacceptable. I really hope Red Robin would take some time and teach their employees better customer service skills.

It looks like the have a good drink and food menu, but our food order took about an hour to get. The burger was much smaller than I was expecting, and the basket of fries wasn't huge as well as not getting asked about endless fries. I figured that it would have taken too long if I did ask. My friend and I saw people getting served that came in after us at the bar, and were finished before we actually got served. A couple that came in and sat behind me well after we got there, got served before we got served. At no point were we rude to the server or any of the staff including after finally receiving our late meal.

Crowded, noisy, decent food. For a vegetarian, it's one of the few places where you can try a meatless burger. I usually get the sweet potato fries with the spicy Thai sauce. For a few dollars more, 'the counter' has better burgers, not RR on quicker.

My wife and I could not order alcohol due to the fact that we had our of town ID's. We just moved here. Explain. This is the only reason for the one star. The food was great.

My husband and I tried going to another burger restaurant, and the line was way too long. We decided to try Red Robin after not going for a couple of years, and were not disappointed. We sat at the bar and had awesome burgers, beer and bottomless fries for a decent price.
