Eggs, bacon, and toast are good; standard for what you expect if you're cooking it or at a diner. :) They have a blueberry coffee cake that I really enjoyed and their coffee is surprisingly tasty. Diners, in my experience, tend to have burnt, overly brewed coffee. That is NOT the case here. The coffee was very good. Service- Sat right away. Staff was nice but not intrusive. Patient and not pushy to clear you out. This place is exactly what I was looking for when I thought I wanted a homemade breakfast but was staying at a hotel and couldn't make it.

This place is like home to me. They have been in business for over 40 years, have the same delicious cinnamon tea they've always had, have generous servings and friendly staff, and are one of the last places that serves "California Cuisine." Great breakfasts, and gluten-free and vegetarian options. Famous coffee cake.

A standard breakfast place with an old rustic look. The coffee cake here was good. I would suggest its a normal go to place for a quick breakfast or lunch.

I always have a great experience eating at Hobee's. Their omelettes are my favorites, especially with the coffee cake, but I have been trying their Silicon Valley Bowl recently, and it is delicious.

Very rustic. Average service and below average food. They were open when nothing else in Sunnyvale was. Try it on a Sunday evening if you're ravenous.
