I LOVE Red Robin. Their burgers, especially the A1™ Peppercorn, are outstanding. I also always gorge on the bottomless fries and bottomless root-beer floats. Ugh, so good. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is for to their service at this particular location. Not always bad, but about 50% of the time my waiter/waitress is found lacking. Sometimes extremely so... But the food... So good.

Service is poor. Place is dirty. Took a long time waiting for servers to take our order. Waited another long time for the order. Food finally came, they got the order wrong, they forgot one item as well, we are about to pay and waited another loooong time for server to get the money. Not coming back to this place again. But in all fairness, food was good though

The service was nice and friendly. The food was not warm enough. Ok overall.

I love their kids menu. Burgers, chicken dippers, and more. The regular menu is standard. They have onion rings, and they are served quite hot (temperature wise). The service is a bit slow. They got rid of the hummus, which was super good.

I came in for a burger and fries was a bit tired after a long day, I heard good things about Red Robin. The waitress brought me my drink and fries but no Nanpkin, after several minutes was needing more drink and some more fries but waitress just ignored my gestures for service. I used the kiosk but to no avail she continued to ignore me. Very unprofessional and childish behavior. If I could give a negative star I would give negative five.
