Best Popeys for lobby cleanliness, quality of food and good music while you eat. Not a big fan from previous locations that I have visited, so they must not have the same mgmnts, but this one deserves to be blasted. Thanks for the great meal and clean lobby! **** Four stars only because the restroom smelled bad and I had to keep the door open just to wash my hands.

The food and prices here are great! However, the wait can be quite long, especially on Tuesday afternoons. The food is definitely worth the wait though.

Employees try hard but always seem stressed. Manager is polite but I personally. I feel like it's, thank you for your errelavant comment because I have already sent X to go resolve that. Please excuse me while I go beat my stupid lazy employees in private. Never a thank you for telling her that she has no soap or toilet paper in restroom. It is her responsibility to see that everything is done. Why don't restrooms have a clean schedule on back of door. Your restroom was just cleaned by Date Time Name. I checked soap check hot water check cold water check paper towels check toilet seat check clean check bowl clean check base clean check ect

Best fried chicken chain, by far. The spicy chicken is delicious and actually spicy. The red beans and rice are a Paul Prudhomme recipe, and taste like it. Over all, hard to beat. The only weakness is a result of its strengths: sometime the wait can be long.

Went during a lunch hour rush. My mild order was hot and fresh, my boyfriend's spicy order was a bit cold. Bit of a wait but expected giving the time of day.
