Presentation and appearance is decent, it looks and smells like a Subway. I'm editing my prior review to say that I was wrong about this Subway. In early September I visited this location and found a very different experience despite the staff not being different. The distinction is that the customers before me apparently spoke the same native language as the service personnel. (I believe it is Hindi). Watching the interaction between women behind the counter and the women customers was very different from my prior experiences. It was cheerful and polite. And once it was my turn, the cheer did not cease. I see now that it was merely my alternative perspective that rated this shop poorly. It's a good shop and good people.

Clean as any subway place, but they don't add as much vegetables as other locations.

Sandwiches taste very metallic.

My boyfriend hates this subway with a passion, I thought he was just being picky, I mean Subway is Subway, how bad could it be. OH, IT GETS WORSTTT HERE! Came in, Indian lady greeted us (not too bad right, I was kinda happy to prove him wrong). I ordered 2 sandwiches, they were having the promotion of some sort for those 2. There was NO ONE ELSE but us, but she was rushing us through our order. I swear I am not racist, my uncle is Indian! She didn't even use "excuse me, would you like..." or any basic customer service questions, but rather Rude Indian B*****: "bread? cheese? toasted?..." After my sandwiches were toasted, she goes "veggie?" Me: yes, onion... (not even done with my sentence with "please") Rude Indian B*****: DONE? (ok, WTF?!) Me: cucumber Rude Indian B*****: putting 5 pieces of onion. DONE? Me: green pepper Rude Indian B*****: putting literally 5 pieces of green pepper, I COUNTED! "DONE?" Me: can I have more green pepper please? Rude Indian B*****: add 2 more pieces! (wow, that generosity) DONE? Me: spinach Rude Indian B*****: you can't add more than 1 veggie.... bla bla bla (I can't understand anything she said, but I think she was saying I can't add something, psh I couldn't care less at this point. Also note, I had the same sandwich, same promotion the day before, with the same veggie add-ons, so don't try to bullshit on me). DONE? Me: Creamy sriracha sauce! Rude Indian B*****: DONE? Me: yes. (I have killed her a 10 times for every DONE she asked already in my head) My bf was watching that the whole time so he just went with "everything" with a smile because he proved me wrong! This is not even a 1 star place, it's a 0 star! Bottom line: I am filing a complaint to corporate. Period.

Staffs looked like they don't like to be there but otherwise it is just any other Subway.
