My daughter, her friend & I got there at 6p.m., and it wasn't really busy. It took 15 minutes after we were seated for our server to come by and asked for our drink orders. We decided to order our meals too, in case it took him a while to get around again. Good thing we did cause, 10 minutes later we got our 2 waters & ice tea. 20 minutes later we got our 4 mozzarella cheese sticks & 4 hot wings appetizers. 15 minutes later finally our meals were brought out by 2 other servers. After bringing out our drinks, our server was MIA! I had to stop other servers walking by to get extra napkins & refills on drinks. One table across from us that sat down 15 minutes after we were seated got up and left because of the crappy service. The table behind us asked to speak to the manager. After all this, the manager put a new server in our area & apologized to everyone. We received our bill by 7:15p.m. and it was compted by the manager for the inconvenience.

After eating their hamburger my girlfriend and I ended up having a stomach ache for no apparent reason. The cheesesticks were good but the boneless bbq chicken wings were drenched in a really sweet sauce. Would recommend steak though

I like to go there once a week or so. Food is tasty and they have specials on alcohol. $1 margaritas. Or $2 Bud light.

Seating staff is a little too young and untrained.. I wanted a nice date night with my wife and we didn't get called off the list and ended up waiting an extra hour (5-6 parties were seated before us until I realized there's no way all these people were there before us).. after apologizing we were sat quickly at easily the worst and biggest table (only two of us) surrounded by screaming kids so I had to ask to move across the lane to a two seater.. usually a hostess understands seating arrangement/table sizes. Anyways, food was mediocre and that's why it gets a two star. The manager had to come out and everything which made it awkward. We just wanted a nice night out with decent seating staff and waiters but this applebees seems so crowded by kids the hostess will treat you and your party like one as well. Sad because we used to love Applebee's!

Bartender never put my food in. They closed the kitchen early because a bunch of people didn't show up. By the time the bartender realized his mistake, there was nobody there to make my food. I put my order in at 1115. Kitchen closed at 12. Didn't even get a free beer
