Food was good. Wait staff friendly but forgot our salads. E tablets for menu ordering don't work. I refuse to use them anyway. Got charged for using games on e- menu which i didn't. Manager made waiter refund me out of his own pocket! Not sure what was going on there.

Edited 12/17/17=>New Applebee's opened in March 2017 and only upscale sports bar/dinner place for 5 miles around! It has very modern look with high ceilings & nice complimentary colors! Best feature is the square bar with plenty of room to eat & drink while watching sports on new flat screens. However restaurant staff is new & untrained. Food was better than average but service was disorganized & not usual for Applebee's? I was there three days in a row & it was consistently poor! I will go back in few weeks/months & revise this review if there is any improvements. Return visit Sun 12/17/17 @ 5:00 pm It was busy but got table for four seniors in 5mins. They gave Gold Senior discount without showing ID. Noticed few new managers, bartenders and wait staff. Service improvements, appetizer and entrees served prompt & hot. Bar drinks delivered after ordering. General improvement to 4 Stars.

The staff here doesn't care. Its a new restaurant and is losing business quick. The manager is fighting to push the customer service and trying to get them back which I commend but there is no consistency in the staff. The employees need to be held accountable for their inability to provide good customer service. Also the managment needs to lead by example. If one of the managers are off the page then the employees will run the establishment. That means they need to be pros at communications. They need to listen and understand allergies and the risks. They need to understand with no customers means no job. Also don't they want a great tip?

Gave this place a 2nd try... Waiter was better this time, but we got dirty silverware, and food was not good, almost no dressing on salads, and we're thinking the appetizers came out of a box?... Definitely not going back again for food, maybe if I needed a drink at the bar, I'd give it a third try.
