I'm a regular customer I ask always for extra plate of sprouts, jalapeño and basil, is the first time that the old lady (wiht glasses 10:40am 5/14 )denied me an extra plate( I would pay for that) I will never come back.she is so rue.I got up and left the pho serve on the table.bad service.

My second attempt and it was worse then the first. Ordered Pho with meat balls and tripe and it was one meatball sliced into three pieces and,the tripe was almost non existent. A dollar off the price (Happy Hour price 2.00 PM-6.00 PM) was not applied. The cashier almost threw a fit when I questioned about it and bluntly told me I was in before 2.00 PM. Seems like the servings are getting smaller and the price higher. Forget customer service my question about the happy hour price resulted in them arguing first. All I wanted to know was does it apply when you walk in or when you pay for the meal. I was treated with no respect as if I was non paying customer. I am not willing to even attempt another visit.

This place has roaches and insects. Last time I came here the beef was so fatty and wouldn’t even cook properly. After 5 minutes in broth it was still red. Sad because I really used to enjoy this place.
