Our first time here. Our waitress & food were awesome. We ordered a lot of food & it was all good, really good. What we didn’t like was the greasy floor the smell of the place. I would have given it 5 stars but those two things really bothered me. Not sure if we’ll be back.

We’ve eaten here twice this month, and both times were consistently good service and excellent food. We always order our favorite chicken combo but with different appetizers... those are good too. The next time we eat here will be friends to share the best fried chicken in SJ

1st time I went, I came to this location, it wasn't like the other locations, but I decided to give it another try. This time, it was worse. I called in ahead to get my order. They made me pay over the phone because my order was $50. When I arrived, they didn't acknowledge me. I even greeted them upon arrival. The 2 ladies at the Regis finished talking, then they assisted me. I only ordered wings and strips for a work meeting. The strips were super hard and stale. Like it was 2 day old chicken. The wings weren't coated in the spicy sauce like normal either. The box the strips came in was messy. Like they had their dirty hands all over it. It was like my order was thoroughly rushed. It's awful having paid a good amount for poor food and customer service.

Really good Korean fried chicken. Service is usually good here and the chicken comes out crispy and hot. I usually go in a group of 3-4 people and a large order with half soy garlic and half spicy is perfect with a side of rice.
