the bartender was very knowledgeable about the different types of drinks (as a bartender should be) and knew just the right cider to recommend to me (I usually drink a sweet white wine). Service was great, as well as the food. It's a little pricey (as it is on Santana Row), but if u go in during happy hour, u can get some good deals. Truffle mac & cheese is my favorite food to order from there, but I've recently discovered their truffle fries which are to die for!

Laid-back atmosphere with okay food. There's a big bar with a lot of TVs. Fries were pretty good. The vampire quesadilla had good flavor, but the texture was way too chewy. The beet salad had too much kale and the dressing was too weak. It was crazy busy lunch time on a Saturday. But we still got in fairly quickly. However it took quite a while to order and get our food.

Actually pretty disappointed when I came here last weekend. The waiter forgot our appetizer, and was also switching to go in his break and it was awkward with the new waiter there. The new waiter then brought the appetizer after our entrees came and we were still charged for it! Something like that is not acceptable. My friend also got a side salad, but wasn't warned it was going to be $8.00 for basically another meal with her Mac n cheese. If someone wants to include a salad maybe they should check first next time, but a warning would be nice. They also discontinued my favorite pot pie dish, and the service wasn't great honestly. It's so busy here and the price isn't worth it in my opinion any more. I will be visiting Cheesecake Factory across the street more often.

Ohmigod! Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich! Delicious sweet/savory, crispy goodness! $14 and comes with fries. Not really spicy (for people not into spicy food). Would definitely order again! Service was good and staff was very friendly. Not too busy Friday after peak lunch hours. No wait.

EDIT : been there recently (Feb 2018) and to my great surprise they changed their French fries and now you cannot have anymore the famous "thin fries". Now you only have the thick ones which is uninteresting and uncool. Talking with the waiter, it seems that is was a wrong management decision... === I am a fan of Buffalo chicken wings and basic French fries and they are great most of time. I have been here more than 100 times and unfortunately the quality is not consistent. We tried a few times a yambala but it was so so. Their regular burger was very good I must say. Don't forget to come early for lunch otherwise your wait time can be too much. Hence the 3 stars.
