My family and I have dined @ this location and the restaurant in Milpitas many times. The food is authentic but it's not always consistent as far as taste. We've tried almost everything on the menu...the beef caldereta, bistek, dinuguan, sinigang, lechon kawali, etc. These dishes are consistently delicious. It's the pancit and kare kare which isn't always the best. Sometimes it's bland so I just squeeze a slice of lime into the pancit and I add more peanut butter for the kare kare @ home. Other than those 2 items, everything else is Ang sarap (delicious)!

Food is ok but very overpriced, and they are certainly short of hands as well.

It wasn't what I thought it would be. Went there for the first time last Wednesday brought two friends with me when we got there the waitress came with the menus we ordered the fried ribs and the lumpia with rice. I don't eat rice at least white rice so anyway we SAT there for a while.then the waitress came back and I wanted some ice tea so I asked if they have sweet iced tea she says no they don't they have sweet iced tea so I asked the waitress do you guys have little packets of sugar for the iced tea she said no we don't have sugar for iced tea I'm thinking to myself this is very strange so anyway I started my order off with asking for a salad green salad the waitress once again inform me that they do not have salad. I start thinking to myself, This reminds me of the movie Friday, when smokey asked Craig is there anything in this house that matches I come over here ask for some kool aid you got no sugar, you got peanut butter, no jelly. You got cereal no milk, what's up with that. Anyway I just decided to order a coke which I really don't like to drink that much but I was thirsty the waitress came to the table and asked us if we wanted water earlier I said no no water for me please but later on before I could get my coke she's coming to the table with a pitcher of water and filling all our glasses. I thought to myself, now didn't she hear me tell her earlier no water for me? well thats on them because I know there's a drought going on and they have to preserve the rationing of water. But I digress. The food came and the ribs was nice and hot but the taste was very stale as if they did not change their oil. the lumpia was ok. It came with a dipping sauce which was decent but they were very small. OK to back it up when we walked in, it was kind of dark inside before you come to this restaurant look at the word fiesta, Fiesta meaning celebration party. you walk in this place its like a morgue as far as I'm concerned that place is not a fiesta. thumbs down🖓
