I've been going here for years. The food's good, there's a nice feel to it, It's in a good location, but the service is strange. While I'm eating it's great. While I'm waiting to be seated on the other hand is a nightmare. One time we called ahead and waits for 40 minutes. We soon learned that calling in doesn't count as a reservation. Other then that, I'd defiantly recommend this place.

Good food that matches the price. Wait can be long during prime eating times so be prepared to wait or arrive early. No reservations available. Parking isn't a hassle but lot is subject to get busy because of the surrounding businesses. Bathrooms were clean.

As always, amazing food and great service. This place is always packed, but still seems to move quickly. Recommendation: get there before 0830 hours and you most likely will have no wait.

Bill’s cafe has been my go to breakfast place for many years. I was very delighted when they opened the cottle road branch because there are no good breakfast places in that area. Very friendly staff, excellent service and the food is awesome. Wait times may be long on the weekends but if you are an early bird, you wouldn’t have that issue.

Love this place for breakfast! Week day mornings service is fast!! 3 of us were in and out in 30 minutes. Weekends often have a 10-30 minute wait, but it's worth it! If you aren't starving I highly suggest ordering one of their 'mini breakfast specials' which still fills one large, very delicious, plate.
