I attempted to utilize a discount coupon received in the mail. An employee offered me scissors to clip it out (i.e., knowledge prior to my order). When paying l was told their computer-linked cash register refused the coupon. Now, it was only a $1 discount (actually $2--2 coupons for 2 sandwiches). I don't wish to sound petty; however, it was the coupons which initially drew me into Subway. These shops, I believe, are franchised, not corporately run. Therefore, poorly operated store. I'm not returning. Shop located in Morgan Hill on Monterey Ave.

Love the specials everyday. They close at 9:30pm, and I and two other people walked in at 9 p.m. most all the pans of food were picked up as employees were trying to clean up and get out of there. So the choices were hard to visualize what to go on the sandwiches. I don't think it's wise to have those pans of food taken away so early. We felt at that point we were rushed by employees to get out of there.

Normal, small and not very funky style, but acceptable anyway for a quick lunch.

Good, but soooooooo expensive for me. I live on a fixed income.. Why don't you offer Senior DISCOUNT, or AARD Card.... Anything will help. Sincerely Dennis

Very friendly staff, fast service, and as (pretty much) always with Subway - delicious sandwiches.
