We enjoyed a lovely family dinner at Lago di Como for a birthday celebration. We all seven ordered something different and everyone was happy with their choice. It was a busy night, so it was a little difficult to hear our conversation at times. Service was very attentive.

Honestly amazing. Giovanni (the owner) was extraordinary. I can't even think of a word good enough to describe him. Hands down best service I've ever received in a restaurant. Or maybe anywhere, for that matter. He was so involved and caring. He gave our 5 year old son a lai necklace and told him if he ate his dinner and behaved he would get a free ice cream. He even took him to the kitchen to pick out his ice cream. All around best dinner we could have asked for. Pasta was delicious. Victoria the waitress was wonderful, as well. Thank you for a WONDERFUL dinner. You, friend, are doing business right. Such a breath of fresh air.

Small & cozy restaurant. Authentic Italian cuisine. Reasonable prices. A little noisy when full. The wine list could be expanded. Overall good experience.

5 stars in Santa Cruz, 4+ stars for SF, BERK, or OAK. Ate there 6 weeks ago, I eat out a lot so don't really remember the meal except I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Next trip down there I will definitely return.
