Sadly the service is steadily declining, although the food continues to be good. They regularly only have one person taking orders, with a long line waiting, where they used to have 2+. The food is taking increasingly longer to be delivered as well, with the last time being 25min from the receipt. You'll also find plenty of seating... with dishes piled high on the tables. They don't clear off the tables nearly as frequently as the used to, making it much less inviting. It is really sad, as we've really enjoyed this place, but it has reached the point that we won't be returning for awhile.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. It's a valid alternative to the traditional restaurants, and they have good tasting food. At the same time, there are so many minor annoyances that could have been avoided (some I'm sure are specific to this particular branch, others are bad corporate decisions). This particular branch is (IMHO) very poorly managed. I've been there just to have them run out of ice tea or sodas (they didn't even give me a rain check, basically, I paid for something I didn't get and that was it.) Tables take forever to be cleaned, forcing customers to sit where they don't want to. Lines are usually long and usually there's only one cashier serving customers. On the corporate level, it seems a very "strict" place. Want this sandwich? Fine. Want the bread toasted? No sir, not even if you pay more for it (compare to Panera Bread where they will do it "your way"). In short, it's a good diversion from the usual unhealthy places, but for the money I'd stick to Panera Bread or another alternative.

The food is fantastic HOWEVER the service today (3/30/18 around 5:00) was not on par with the usual service. The manager/supervisor today (dark haired, Latina) was too busy chatting it up with a customer she knew personally and COMPLETELY ignored us. When confronted as to why it was taking so long to attend to us, she LIED and said she was taking the lady’s order. What she didn’t know, is that we’re Latinos as well, who understood her entire conversation (in Spanish). We expected more from a person in charge. Other than a half-assed apology, she made no effort to stop her personal conversation or rectify the situation. It will be a while before we go back.
