Ever since coming out to the West Coast Iâ€™ve fell in love with Cheesecake Factory all over the Bay Area and this one doesnâ€™t disappoint! We had a reservation so we didnâ€™t have to wait at all(definitely something to have if you know youâ€™re coming here). The servers were friendly and responded to our needs in a decent amount of time. Wish the food would come out faster, but the place was packed when we got there so you gotta cut them some slack. I found my meal to be delicious (no surprise there, always go for the burgers) and I was in heaven with my Cheesecake. Definitely would recommend to anyone with the wallet/purse big enough to handle quality food.

Delicious food but a minor set back when my sister-in-law's dish arrived with, what looked like, plastic wrap added into the mashed potatoes. The server quickly took the dish back and returned with a plastic-free dish. The manager came out and apologized for the inconvenience. Other than that, it was a flawless meal. The menu has so much variety. The waiters even sang Happy Birthday to her because we told them we are celebrating her B-Day. We ordered the B-Day cheese slice and the brought a mini ice cream Sunday as well. Very nice day. Eating outside was also very nice!

Great for a large party with diverse tastes. The large menu has something for everyone. I recommend the spicy cashew chicken and the banana cream cheesecake for desert. Keep in mind that the quantity of food is high, and the food takes on average 20 to 30 minutes to arrive. Good place for celebrating birthdays.

Great food selections. Loved the appetizers and good customer service. If you are a steak lover , skip the filet minion, not worth the price. They have the best avocado eggroll , go for the eggroll sampler and you will have a blast !

My friend and I had lunch today, we both ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad, when the salad came we both started to eat and was unable to find any chicken in the dish. We brought this to the attention of the server and she went back to the kitchen to get some chicken. She asked the cook why he didn't put any chicken in the salad and he said he ran out of shredded chicken so he prepared the salad anyway. Now why didn't the cook tell the server this in the first place, why did he prepare two dishes w/o the chicken and have it served Did he think we wouldn't notice it? I question the management's policies here. Will not go there again.
