The inside is rather messy and not well kept. The padding on many of the seats have holes and marks in them. Also the employees had very poor English skills, was difficult to communicate with them. I've been too much better managed McDonalds than this; wouldn't recommend this location if your just stopping by.

Quick bite. Light late lunch

I went to the McDonalds on Monterey Rd at 8 pm on a Saturday night and the dining room was closed due to lack of staff so I went to the McDonalds on East Dunne Rd and it's dining room was also closed due to lack of staff. There were only four people working at the store because workers don't show up. This is a repeating issue with all three locations in Morgan Hill. I don't know if this is a management issue, worker quality issue or pay rate issue; but, these stores are hurting the reputation of the chain and should be shut down if it can't be resolved. I have travelled all over the US and these locations are the worst I have ever encountered anywhere.

It's one of the remodeled McDonald's, but looks run down already. Seats are worn and look very dirty. This place needs some cleaning! At 7 AM every table is dirty. Sticky crusted ketchup, salt on tables, dried coffee spots and trash. That's the tables so imagine what the tables looks like. The windows and window sill is extremely dusty. You have to ask at the counter for napkins to clean your seat and tables because they give you on 2 napkins per person. Avoid going inside.

Not even a hello at the window. Just a hand out for my money.
