I mean panda isn't real Chinese food but it's tasty. In my opinion trinity parkway is the best location. They seem to have the most staff who are actually friendly and give the most decent resonable portions. Last time we went to hammer lane there were 2 people working and they gave such a small portion you would think they own the place and are penny pinching.

Always getting the 3 item meal. Most of the stuff taste ok on a reheat if you can't finish it the first time. I've never repeated the shrimp, so I am not 100%.

Simply amazing... I asked for Rice without looking at it first. Then I noticed it looked kinda dried out. Before I could switch she had a fresh bowl pulled and tossed the old out... My food was fresh and awesome.. this Panda is exceptionally good

I have a friend who used to work at Panda. He said that the management shunned the employees from taking home leftover food and it could not be donated to homeless shelters either. It had to purposely be mixed in with the regular garbage so that it could not be gone through by homeless people. They waste so much food at the end of the day it's a real shame

I've gone to this location only two times and both experiences have been unpleasant. Fortunately, there will not be a third visit. I will take my business elsewhere and strongly encourage anyone who has had a similar experience at this particular location do exactly that. I initially had selected a different entree from the menu. However, I was told that there was none. So I elected to have a different entree. I paid the food. It was not gifted nor free. And above all. The food was not fresh. The vegetables were soggy as if the food had been in the trays for an excess amount of time. The other entree was hard and dry while the eggrolls we're cold. Not a good combination? Yuck! The staff was rude and unprofessional. I asked one of the girls behind the counter a question regarding the food. However before this staff member provided me a verbal answer she ensured I got a non verbal side of eye rolling. I didn't know that was part of the menu too!? What is this girl in elementary school? The behavior surely resembled it. I thought there are established labor laws against hiring children to do the job. If the rating scale had less than a 1 i would have appropriately rates in as a 0. Yes, that bad of an experience. I dare that Panda Express Corporate Office or someone within the chain of command become proactive verses reactive in response to the multiple poor ratings! If it's not for the customer that consumes the product you sell. There would indeed not be a business to begin with!!!
