Buds is absolutely my favorite place to have a quiet drink. It's nice and civilized, the wait staff is polite and courteous and so are the other patrons. Unfortunately I have a shellfish allergy and have never had a meal here.

If seafood is what youre craving, this is the place! My friend and I had the Calamari strips appetizer with lemon wedges. It was perfect! The rib eye steak, cooked to my preference of medium perfectly as well. I recommend Buds to everyone!

Fresh halibut with breaded lemon capers. Big glass of iced tea and a fresh Garden salad. Love it. Great on this hot day. Today was the pasta special on the board and a crab shrimp Lou. Very good. What I needed.

Buds is a quaint little restaurant that is in Lincoln center that offers fresh food and fish . The menu is varied and you can eat seafood , steaks , and salads . Or some delicious soup . I tend to lean towards the Buds beef . It's my favorite. I would recommend that make a reservation if you want a window seat . They last have some outside dinning areas when the weather permits . The restaurant is clean the staff is friendly . The clientelle that patronise here always respectful . I have never had a bad meal or experience here . It has a full bar on one side for those who partake . They have a custom drink menu that is on each table . I highly recommend this place as one of the best places to eat in Stockton . And if the season is about when you visit get the fried asparagus you will not regret it .
