I am a bit disappointed in this place due to the lack of concern over the customers order. I have gone to this location several times and find it friendly and clean and an overall good atmosphere. However, I ordered two Dave's Number 2 and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Ten others after me, yes, 10, ordered and got their orders quickly and left. I finally had to request my money back. I took my business to their next door competitor who achieved the goal of customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I don't recommend this location due to the staff not being able to handle a simple order. On top of it, the shake machine was out of their mix and the worker decided to not wear gloves and when he punctured the bag, it spilled all over his hand and lower arm while dispensing the liquid into the mixing machine. Health issue right there. It's amazing what you can see when you have to wait so long.

I didn't like how I was treated. The lady at the register didn't give me the same kind of customer service that was given to everyone else who was not black. She walked away from me without saying anything but the white customers behind me got a "Give me one moment please I will be right back to help you." I was given a look like I hope this card dont decline. Please stop looking at every African American/Black person like they are broke, we are not all broke, we all didn't grow up in Stockton. I just work in this area and will never go back to this location because of that. I will just save my money and eat somewhere else.

Delicious food; a nice, clean Wendy's that always makes the food well. Friendly employee's and a good dining area. 10/10 will come back; it's the best Wendy's out here in Stockton.

They ACTUALLY get the orders correct. Professional staffs there. As well as the food is very fresh and satisfying. I wouls recommend having the chicken tenders fresh with the awesome sauce.

Usually I have great service there but today my fish sandwich was totally lukewarm and no accommodations for waiting an extra 7 minutes. When they gave me my sandwich my French fries were overcooked hard and dark brown. But overall I will say when he's has always been great to me so far as customer service and food
