I left beyond angry and disappointed this visit. I even attempted to rate them on their website, but I got kicked out before I could post my review...apparently I had too much to say and they only allowed a certain amount of time. Long story short, the food was either undercooked or overcooked. The order was not right, and that was after taking a long time to get to us. Even the drinks sucked. Things were so bad, we had to ask to speak with the manager...and she never showed (as if to say we don't matter). Honestly, the only good thing was our waiter. He was kind, did his best to correct things, and was very attentive...oh, and apologetic. I feel like the bad experience was not his fault in the least bit. However, if I could give this review 0 stars, I would (because a great waiter does not a good restaurant make, it's only part of what makes the experience better or worse). I don't think I'll be going there anytime soon...not until I think they have changed management and cooks. -Qââ„¢¡

Late afternoon lunch. Not crowded... service not great! Had to wait extended time to cash out. Waitress only, no do it yourself cash out. Food? Not impressed at all! I ordered the shrimp tacos. 3 small not tiny but SMALL...in a bunch of shredded lettuce drizzled with lots of an overpowering spicy sauce. Tortillas slightly burned. My friend had the shrimp and sole plate. Shrimp was nearly burned....very dark but not black. Server even apologized and offered to return it to kitchen...the sole was paper thin & about the size of a deck of cards. The rice was good, so was the typical, out of the bag ready made side salad. A Sprite & an ice tea...2 lunches with standard tip, $48.00. Not worth it! Never again!

Had not been to Red Lobster for a while so decided to take the wife for a nice dinner. We dont get to go out often and I really wanted sea food. The place was not busy... the waitress was nice, but items were forgotten, the food was over cooked and I was up all night sick I think due to the oysters. One even still had mud on it. I should have known better. I will not be going back.

Tonight, we had the lobster Lover's special and it was excellent. Small parties are usually seated right away and it was only the two of us. The service was good and attentive. I don't see how tonight's dinner could have been better!

We went to red lobster for my birthday and it wasn't very good. I love eating their but I may have to find a new spot to eat. We have gone several times in the past couple of months and it has not been very good they need to step it up or I will find a new place to eat.
