Tasty sushi. Family friendly. Waited in line for a few minutes, but was not a big deal. Different set up with other sushi place. Would eat here again and try their noodles.

FYI: You walk in, place your order (there are menus at the register) and then go and sit down...bizarre. The food was simple, however they brought my appetizer (sunomono - which was nothing more than sliced cucumbers with soy sauce on it --that is NOT sunomono!) AFTER I was completely finished with my main dish. Green tea will cost you $2.00. Final score: C

When you first walk in the door you realize something is off, you have to order and pay at the counter before you sit down! I like to sit at the bar and interact with my sushi chef, which is the way it should be! Then you seat yourself and the waitress comes and finds you and takes you receipt to get you your drinks, salad, soup, whatever else you ordered that's not coming from the sushi bar. As for the food, the salad dressing tasted like mayonnaise and the "salad" consisted of lettuce with a couple shreds of carrot. The miss soup had about 5 tiny pieces of tofu, a couple tiny greens pieces, and was completely flavorless, I had to pour a bunch of soy sauce into it to give it any flavor. I ordered a lomi lomi roll and it was good. I tried another roll, can't remember the name of it, and it was baked and served hot. Nothing on the menu suggested it would be hot. I said this to the chef and he shrugged his shoulders and said "I know". Very disappointed, I'll never come back.
