If I could give zero stars I would. Gives out very little meat even when asked for double portion, rice is hard as if sat there too long and undercooked and staff is very hard of hearing. Everyone is so busy playing around with each other they lose focus on what I ordered and end up giving a half ass order of prepared food for almost $13 or more dollars for my bowl with double meat charge and guacamole charge. This is the 3rd time at this location that I have experienced bad food and or service and enough is enough! Please retrain your staff on customer service! It's more than just scooping food in a bowl to keep customers coming back! Very disappointed and will probably not ever eat or recommend Chipotle to anyone ever again!!!

The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious, but they definitely skimp on the chips. They only filled 1/4 of the bag, but what’s even worse is they aren’t Chipotle’s fresh chips. These are straight up stale grocery store tortilla chips that they tried to pass off as fresh! This place used to be 5 stars and now it’s just sad.

First Chipotle experience. The food was delicious and the salsa was hot!!! It was a very nice, upkept, and capable of seating 3 adults and 2 children.

Even though it’s a fast walk from my house, I’m not sure I’ll go back. More often than not they forget something in my order (we usually order online, and which is a great feature) and if I don’t check before leaving I just have to turn back around. The food quality isn’t great either. Don’t even think about getting the queso. And the rest of the food isn’t much better and results in some meat sweats and upset stomachs, if you catch my drift.

This place is a disaster. Service is terrible, the place is filthy. Used to be great. Now, what the heck happened? Been like this for a year. UPDATE: back here again, and it’s freezing cold and the staff doesn’t care. Literally everyone is wearing coats in here.
