This Wendy's experience was not my favorite. The food seemed pretty fresh and edible but the location was sketchy (there was some kind of shifty "transaction" going on by a scantily clad woman and a man happening in front of the entrance...so my family had to walk around them to go inside). After ordering we sat down at the only clean table we could find to eat a new salad menu item...I normally love the apple pecan salad but decoded to try the avocado bacon salad instead...lets just say I dont recommend it.

This Wendy's is alright. I find they don't use enough salt on their fries, and there have been a few times where the service wasn't bad but wasn't exactly what I'd call great. I managed to order, pay for, and recieve my meal without the cashier ever looking at or speaking to me. It was odd. I had to wait on what I assume was my chicken sandwich and no one bothered to explain why I was waiting around. Not a word was said. When the order was finally ready they just handed it over. No apology for the delay, not thanks for stopping by, nothing. Just handed me my food, turned, and walked away. Strange.

It took ten minutes to get my food. They forgot we even ordered anything. We had to go to the counter and remind them. I said I wanted a refund but then they said the food was right there. They were doing job interviews while we were there. I hope they hired someone that can remember when people order.

For an East Colfax fast food joint, its surprisingly good. The food is made well, theure fast, and customer service is pretty darn good. But its still a fast food joint...

Very Nice service given the location......inside was clean for the most part. The manager is a very very nice man and works very hard on the up keep. My Favorite Wendy's
