Went in there tonight and it was dead as can be .. we asked to order 12 macadamia nut cookies but the girl who was so lazy didn’t want to make them then we told her to speak to a manager and she said she was one when clearly she wasn’t!! She just didn’t want to do her job.. she should get fired honestly she’s worthless and pathetic

Clean but a bit slow

2 women working the night of 3/9 spent literally 10 minutes complaining about manager & joking about walking out before even addressing my family. Each sandwich order had to be repeated multiple times. Asked if 1/2 of the order should be toasted but when we asked the other half to toasted they said the toaster didn't work... Only to toast the next customer's sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous behavior. I looked for a sign to call manager but nothing was visible.
