Food is served family style. Loved the appetizer, Crispy Green Beans. Had to laugh at the "signature" spicy dipping sauce served with it...it's fry sauce with a kick, I've been making fry sauce at home forever. The Wok Fired Fillet Mignon was cooked exactly how I asked and was tender and delicious.

P.F. Chang’s is excellent, reliable Asian food. I have allergies to Mushrooms and Bell Peppers and by using their GF menu can find my favorites without the mushroom soy they frequently use. Being a chain resturaunt it can feel a little cookie cutter but the reliable food and service insures you can find good food at any of their location. On the fun side they have a full bar with a wide Sake selection. Use a cab or ride share and you can sample quite a selection.

I love the service and food we get at PF Change in Aurora at Southlands. It is too bad that the national organization doesn't care about their customers like the Aurora store does. Can I tell you how bad PF Chang's is as a caring organization..........It has Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. This company simply does not give a damn about the customers. I have spent four months trying to get them to give me the correct gift card credit. They promise that someone will follow up with me. It never happens. Take a look on line at the endless list of customers who have had similar experiences and you will know that you are wasting your time trying to get them to listen or to take care of your need. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They promise to take care of things, to give you a simple call back. It NEVER HAPPENS. Over four months they have told me they will call me back on no less than 6 occasions. NEVER EVER HAVE THEY CALLED ME BACK and never did they care, really care. They owe me a $40 gift card and they would rather let a customer go who has spent thousands with them rather than ever trying to solve the problem. I run a business with 170 employees and if I treated customers the way they treat them I would be out of business. I should be out of business. They are absolutely the worst.

The wait was long but stuck it out. When we went to ask the hostess how much longer she was so rude. We were called briefly after. We got seated at a table with only two chairs for the three of us. I had to hold my purse the whole time I wasn't about to put it on the dirty floor. The food was good. We went to go leave and the waitress at another table dropped food on my boyfriend's foot didn't miss a beat though she kept going without apologizing. It was disgusting.
