Really nice people, but they completely messed up our simple order. They didn't even know their own menu. I had to describe to them the specific drink I wanted and they still got it incorrect. It became very frustrating for such a simple order.

Sometimes the shakes are under mixed. The drive-thru can be inconsistent with verifying orders, overall the happy hours couldn't be a better deal! Update: went to get a chocolate milkshake. Forgot to ask for it well mixed. This is what we got. I understand everyone eats their shakes differently, but come on, this is just poor product production.

This sonic is in a pretty good location and it's usually not that busy. Staff is very helpful and the food is well prepared. I always have to stop by for their classic slushies!

7:30 pm - Waited outside pressing their red button for 50 minutes in the cold. Got too agitated so I left. Not sure if it's new employees or a new policy, but I miss it when this place took your order and got it done in reasonable time.

Apparently these people can't figure out how to get a simple order correct. Completely useless. First they tried to give me someone else's order and when they did get me my order it was wrong and the kids meal was cold, the damn cheese wasn't even melted! What a waste of money. Edit: We finally went back, 2 years later. They still can't get an order right. Nothing was correct. I'm sure the person who's food we got was just as frustrated. Avoid this place like the plague. I wish I could give 0 stars.
