Great place to go to for lunch, I eat here quite frequently and I've always been well taken care of. Every employee has greeted me and I've never once had a mistake with any of my orders and are always very polite. I've even seen the management handle customer issues with a lot of patience and care, even when the customers are really demanding and rude. Saw them give a guy a refund for a regular burrito he was saying was too small even after seeing the portion size , and even offered the option of getting a larger burrito and paying the difference, recommending a few larger options. The customer seemed rude the entire time, but management kept their cool and kindly offered a solution.

Christian is just nasty and rude. He clicks his tongue ring and plays with it, touches his face as he is dealing with food. Beyond disgusting is his attitude, and long unsanitary nails!!!!!!!!! No customer service skills, needs more training. Called Lana, the regional manager around noon and she was just getting out of bed, she was so out of it. She sounded high and half asleep, Never addressed my issue. No help at ALL. Will adress both workers with corporate. This place needs to get inspected!
