I'v been a meeting a friend here for breakfast every few weeks and we always have a great experience. The food is delicious and the staff is very welcoming. We have always had great service.

Parking is challenging depending on the day and time you visit. Early mornings are often busy. Weekend mornings are busier. No wait on weekday mornings, but be prepared to wait for an average of 10-20 minutes on weekend mornings. Servers are hit and miss.. some are more pleasant than others.. but overall they are ok. Breakfast are always good. Hot chocolate are mediocre.. taste like my packet at home.. Facility was clean.. noise level was acceptable. I can carry a conversation without yelling..

This is an old favorite. Food is always good. They have a great staff, many of them have been there for years. The coffee baristas make beautiful drinks, the only thing that would make Le Peep better is if they offered mimosas!

Above your regular IHOP or egg and I. Quality options for a more sophisticated pallet. I enjoyed their rock lobster scramble. I would say the portions are a little on the small side, so if you're a big eater, perhaps order an extra side. (Toast?) I took my grandmother for breakfast and they took great care of us and even helped her to the table. Spot on service 👌 We'll be back!
