This place used to be so much better! What happened?? Just left this location. We usually have great service and food quality is excellent. We ordered two steak bowls to go. One with brown rice and the other with white. Both steaks were burned to a crisp and we were not able to bite into it. The brown rice was half cooked and the other half on the bottom was raw. My wife thought she bit into plastic. We threw both away in fear we would damage our teeth. We have always had good experiences at this location and have left great reviews online. This was not a good one however.

First time being to this Tokyo Joe's. Don't go if in a hurry. You're going to be late. Food took forever they gave us free drinks and a cookie but it doesn't look good when you got one dude cooking and the rest of the staff chilling doing nothing. It was nice they apologized for the wait but reading these other reviews it seems like these workers need to be hold accountable. Food was good tho

This Joe’s location has some problems. The food was not cooked well: noodles hard and under cooked, rice paper was hard, chicken was way over cooked. The staff barely uttered a word or took their job seriously and the service was very slow. We’ve eaten at other Tokyo Joe’s locations in the area and never had a bad experience. This location is in need of some training.

Normally I love Joe's... But this location needs some help. Took forever to get sushi due to no steak. During dinner rush with very little people at the time. And almost no sauce or veggies in either of our bowls... poor management.

Another great location, and some of the healthiest food options at the mall without a "whole paycheck" budget. Fast, friendly, helpful, and (most importantly) accurate. Also gluten-free friendly!
