This was our first time to go to Ruby Tuesday's, we walked in and stood there for almost 10 minutes before anyone spoke to us and it was a young man stocking the salad bar, he asks "has someone greeted you yet?" .... Um no, there was also a group of 3 that walked in shortly after us and one of them say " I guess it's seat yourself Wednesday".... We got to our table and the lady that sat us said I will be right back with someone silverware and your server should be with you shortly.... Server comes we order our drinks they were there right away... About 10 minutes later we order our food, I get the salad bar... I get my salad and sit back down, still no silverware, so I wait a bit picking at my salad with my fingers and I have employees walking past me and could clearly see I'm eating salad with my fingers, I finally ask for silverware and get a huge eye roll from the young lady.... Our food comes out about 10 minutes later... About two minutes Iater the waitress asked if she could get anything else for us, at that point we were okay.... When our plates are a few bites away from us being done the waitress asked if she could clear some plates, yes thank you, could my daughter have some more water please, this was the only time our drinks were refilled.... We finish eating and wait another 10 minutes for our check.... We pay, then we wave over the manager and explain we are very unhappy with our service and this young man says well there's not much I can do, I will talk to the staff, have a good night.... Are you flipping kidding me, I will never go back, I will be contacting your store manager and corporate and now I have been on the toilet since I have been home, let's hope I don't have food poisoning.... The only reason they got 1 star is because of the young man doing his job and keeping up with the salad bar

The food was plentiful and good. Would prefer less sauce on the glazed chicken.. service was excellent. Had a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Never again. I have never encountered an alcoholic drink I couldn't finish. The white sangria claims to have fresh strawberries in it. No, they looked like things my biology teacher had floating around in formaldehyde. And the whole thing tasted awful. But hey, we asked for extra pickles and actually got them which is more than I can say for most other places my sister and I have had burgers. So there's that I guess.

The food is on par with the price. Most of all their alcohol drinks are worth the price! Service wasn't bad either!
