Over twenty-five minutes. That’s how long it took to get a burrito and fries on a Sunday afternoon. I asked for a refund since I didn’t want to wait any longer, but when the cashier called for the supervisor to do the refund, the supervisor decided to walked away instead. Ten minutes later, the supervisor had not come back and I eventually got my order (which ended up being wrong and cold at that). Since I didn’t want to wait any longer for them to fix it (at this point it’s pushing 40 minutes) I emailed Taco Bell to complain, but they never got back to me. So if you have time to kill and enjoy messed up orders, and both corporate and supervisors who don’t want to deal with complaints, go ahead and waste your money here. Oh! I forgot: No one was wearing a hairnet/cap and the kitchen area looked disgusting, too, so eat at your own risk as well. If I could give it 0 Stars I would. This store should be shut down.

If anything, do NOT go to these guys at night. Asked for a number 9 at the drive thru, he told me wait a few seconds. Five minutes later, he’s back to ask me what I ordered again. Wasn’t even done with my order. Had to wait another 15 minutes for them to complete the small bag order from the car in front of me. If they can’t even remember a simple number order, I fear for how they actually cook their food. Save yourself the trouble and go down another 5 minutes west to the other Taco Bell.

I love Taco Bell but don’t stop by this one! In the past they have been bad to me but today wins the prize for people at work that really don’t like their job. They didn’t give me any meat in none of my food and one of the workers was really rude because I asked for my money back.

Super long drive thru line, finally get to the window, get my food and it's ALL cold but I waited so long it wasn't worth going inside to ask for food to be remade. Service was terrible. My first job was in fast food, I always try to be understanding, I patiently waited in line, made sure to thank them.. but ice cold food and rude service there is no excuse.

Went to taco bell after I got off work on Friday night, March 9, 2018. I went through the drive through and ordered my food, I got down the street and I started to eat one of my fries and the they was cold, so I got back to let them know and the lady in drive through, I guess she was the manager, because she was so rude and nasty. She asked me what did I want I told her that I just purchased these fries and they are cold and she is so what do you want, I told her some fresh fries and then I was like do you want to throw away these old fries she said no keep them. They suck
