I went there with my boyfriend yesterday to eat. I ordered the 2 fish combo and he ordered the fish & chicken combo. The combos come with choice of side but I was never asked what side I wanted they just gave me fries. I don't like their fries. My fish was ok but his chicken looked more like a nugget and his fish didn't look appetizing at all. I took his combo back and asked them to change it to a 2 piece fish combo with coleslaw for the side. They slammed the coleslaw on the counter, gave a 2 piece chicken instead of fish. I said it was suppose to bec2 pieces of fish. The girl cooking got smart and said with attitude I can't hear what you said back here. Got the food asked about the $1 price difference the other girl who took my order originally tried telling me the fish combo was more then the chicken and fish combo. I walked with her to where the sign and prices were and read the prices on the combos to her. All I wanted was $1 back. She walked away from me and went to go sit down at the table to eat then she came to the table with attitude and said we can't give a partial refund but a full refund on the fish and chicken combo. Very bad customer service by everyone working yesterday except for the gentleman working the drive through. According to my boyfriend the fries were cold too. So if you want poor quality of food and unfriendly customer service then this is where you should go. I will never go there again and I will never recommend to anyone else to eat there.

This place is shared with a Taco Bell. I've ordered Taco Bell from here before, but this was my first time ordering Long John Silver's. It will be my last. I didn't have high expectations, but even those weren't met. Mostly breaded crust and greasy. My biggest complaint is how dirty and unorganized this place has become. Inattentive staff that don't even seem to notice customers, and obviously don't clean the place. There was a pond of soda all over the soda station, no trash around so people put napkins and empty straw wrappers in with the unused straws. Didn't order Taco Bell this time, but they had a big taped piece of paper on the fixings table stating they were out of mild salsa packets . What kind of Taco Bell runs out of salsa? This place needs a serious managerial intervention.

I got a L3 that comes with 2fish 1chicken and 3shrimp so I added an extra order of shrimp which is 3 for 2.99 guess what no extra shrimp when I got home. My fries was cold so I paid extra for what 🤬🤬🤬 . The wait was 10min . The only reason I gave 1 star is for the effort of the cashier beside him the food sucked. Won’t be going back.

The bathrooms are horrible. One bathroom is shut down and after ordering they had no change so I had to run to the car to get exact change to make an order. Maybe they are having a bad day but nobody is rushing to change anything.
