I thought the food was delicious. This is the second time I’ve eaten here in three days. The staff is a little cold and distant, but the service was quick. These two visits are my first two visits, and I will return based for a good alternative to deep fried food.

Bad customer service and the food was nasty and old.

Quality of food was terrible. There was little chicken in my dish, even though I ordered orange chicken. In addition, the staff was not welcoming.

I ordered an orange chicken combo and I swear I had probably like 4 pieces of chicken left and I noticed a piece of hair. At first I thought it was like a chicken hair. As I started pulling it, the piece got a little longer and it was blonde. I clearly have a black hair and I do not color my hair. So I told the cashier, she was very sorry and offered me a box of orange chicken. I was like, no thanks! I just lost my appetite! I was disgusted! I will never eat here again.

I work at the airport. I get 30 min lunch. When I arrived to Panda Express at 12:05 pm they had empty bowls not a lot of options. Noon is typical lunch time for most. Very disappointed in the staff not being on top of it. I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes for what I want.
