The absolute worst meal I have had at an airport restaurant. Bad burger, should say enough but my wife had the SW Cobb salad wrap. All bad lettuce, dry and.......bad like 7-11 week old bad. My beer was warm, ordered a 16 oz hot 20, waitress was impatient and just rude and all for 50.00 Do yourself a favor and buy a 6.00 big mac, I promise you'll be happier. I will never ever eat at any Smash Burger restaurant again and I hope you do the same. The quicker they close, the better off we are

As pointless as it may be to leave a review at an airport eatery the service sucked enough to warrant one. Cashier rolled her eyes, decided to modify my order on her own. Went over to the bar and the service was questionable at best. Took forever to get my tab and close out, the bartenders both saw cards waiting to pay and ignored them. Great. You work in an airport. Get on it. People have flights to catch. 2 stars because my chicken sandwich was tasty. Small but tasty.

TL, DR - please learn from my mistake and listen to the reviewers below. The food itself isn't bad quality, but is very expensive ($30 for a tea, burger and salad). The service was terrible - I stood at the counter with menus for a good 10 minutes making eye contact with employees before finally walking in and asking one of them if I seat myself (yes I did). The part that frustrated me the most was how they operate differently from their posted schedule. FYI they close the kitchen at 9PM while their hours state open until 10PM. At 9:35 PM we were told we needed to leave because if the seating area was occupied any later "they would be there until midnight". I check their website and Google's page and both have them listed open until 10PM. The bar was packed and they explicitly mentioned they weren't kicking them out. With the way the treated the customers tonight, they should not be surprised at the terrible reviews.

So I'm sitting here drinking a beer and waiting for my flight. Working in airports I know not to expect much from restaurants inside them. This is your typical crappy airport restaurant. No focus on cleanliness and long waits. What blows me away about this one is there is an ogre of man named Chuck working at the bar. Well working is an overstatement. He's standing there bellowing how they are only doing drinks to anyone within 10 ft of his entrance. Shrek I mean Chuck is an ass. He greets no one. Just bellows like the putz he is. It was a great way to spend my time watching this terrible service but I am so embarrassed for this place. Get rid of Chuck. He's a fumbling ape who makes mankind look bad.

Terrible service!!! Bartender said if I didn’t order a large meal I wasn’t welcome. I had a layover and wanted to relax with a appetizer and an iced tea. Adding up to 8$ plus tax.... for iced tea and fries. She said you can’t stay long if you are only going to order that. Really?!?!? The bar had only a few people at it, I wonder why!!!!! Would give 0 stars is possible.
