This place is decent. The food was good and my wife loved the soda that I think they said they brew themselves or locally... We were very skeptical at first because the menu/atmosphere had a very..."tree hugger" mystique about it and we are a meat and potatoes kind of couple. We both found things we wanted and it was prepared and tasted good. They ask how long before your flight as you enter so they can get you in your way.

I would definitely recommend stopping by. It was a little bit of a wait but nice environment, flavorful food. Well worth it. We ate vegan - carrot salad and veggie burger. The patty was really good. Tasty and nice texture. They also have a grab and go option.

Had an amazing veggie burger with sweet potato fries. Very quick and friendly service. Perfect place to stop while waiting to board your flight! Will come back!

A surprisingly hip restaurant in the Denver Airport! There's normally a small wait for a seat, but it's never more than 15 minutes. The menu features many interesting takes on healthy foods as well as a great list of beverages. Outside of the amazing beet salad, another hidden gem on the menu is the locally made soda. I was a little skeptical at first, but the sodas really blow away the mass produced ones you would normally expect!

Love this place to grab a beer before we leave. They have great food and the staff is always very nice. Before you are seated they ask how much time you have which makes me, the anxious traveler, relax a little.
