The drive through is closed at 10 pm. The drive through is supposed to be open 24 hours. We showed up at 9:43 and attempted to go through the drive through. After sitting at the speaker behind a few other cars, I was suddenly greeted with a "we're closing at 10 tonight. (Note that it was 9:54 at this point) my dad replied, "aren't you open 24 hours?" The only reply was "not tonight". So we pulled around to the front and they are supposed to be open. The door was locked and I looked inside and they are just standing around talking. Manager will be getting a call tomorrow.

I was only guest in restaurant. I ordered and waited. After 15 min I asked about my order, only to be told that it had been erased from the order system. My burger was then quickly thrown together. The burger was cold and had obviously been cooked long ago. The staff didn't seem to care about me or the cleanliness of their restaurant. The ceiling fans in the dining area were off and I could see the caked up grime on the blade edges.

In the past 5 months, I've visited this location on my lunch break 5 times. In those 5 visits, I've ordered the same thing all 5 times. Of the 5 times I've ordered, it has been incorrect 5 times. Of the 5 times I've taken my incorrect order back, I've been given a burger with an absurdly excessive amount of ketchup and mustard 2 times. I'd recommend checking that your order is correct before pulling away from the window at this location. I guess I would also recommend not asking for a correction if you can just deal with the mistake and eat whatever incorrect order you were given, because they might give you something gross out of spite. I won't be going to this location anymore.

Lady in front taking the order was nice and efficient. Our food came out super quick and fresh! No complaints. I highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Jack In The Box. The store manager was very kind and explained a few items to me on the menu. He followed up with me as I was eating to make sure I liked the food. I enjoyed the experience and would go back again.
