My husband and I very much enjoyed our experience here. The honey wine is always a must. They definitely serve you a full glass. It’s a very nice pairing with the food flavors. We ordered numbers 5 and 25. Both were so amazing that we kept eating even after we were full. The lamb was cooked so perfectly. I want to eat this for breakfast lunch and dinner. The customer service was also very friendly.

I don't know what people are talking about. The prices are on par with other Ethiopian restaurants. The service is Ethiopian service. Take into consideration that it is a cultural difference and expect an authentic Ethiopian experience. You will wait a longer time for your food than you would in a typical American restaurant and you'll need to ask for your check. This is just like the food and service you would get IN Ethiopia. We go all the time and have never had a bad experience. The people here did not open an expensive restaurant in a fancy neighborhood to collect hipster dollars and serve mad white people. They opened a restaurant in an Ethiopian neighborhood to serve home cooking to their people.

I thought the food was very good. I wish they had a meat combo platter as you need to order your vegetables separately but everything was really good. I thought the service was just fine. A little shy on English but so what. The place was clean -- especially for an Ethiopian restaurant --- which for some reason tend to be hole in the wall places. I will definitely go back as this is one of the better Ethiopian places we have found in the Denver area.

The food is amazing. Yes it takes a while, but it is wonderful. It gives you time to relax in a small environment and enjoy your time. Did I mention the food is amazing? Because it is.
