The food is good in the portions offered. The food handling staff always wear plastic gloves when handling the food and working in the kitchen area and cookers. The counter help at the cash registers in the front are very young but always polite. The food process are higher then they were the first of the year and there is no senior discount except a real SMALL cup for a drink. When going through the drive-through, it's very hard to understand the person talking to you because of the system and the way they talk.

We came into the dining area and place an order, but we got here. There was no cashier, a nice young lady, I think her name was Tiffany came over from drive through to help out at the front desk, which was amazing and we appreciate awesome customer service she provided thanks again. Young Lady. I know how hard working drive through can be as I worked at Taco bell while I was putting myself through school. Great job!

Horrible Customer Service. There was a DIME in my crunchwrap, when I went back to calmly explain what I found the manager wouldnt hear it and started yelling and getting out of hand. He refused to give me my money back and offered no sort of apology. Also saw one of his employees picking his nose and wipe it on his shirt.

I drove through the drive-thru as I usually do and had pretty good service this time. It is still fast food and not authentic Mexican but okay once in awhile

It's Taco Bell. Fast. Reliable. Unhealthy. Delicious anyways. 4 stars because they should put a little more meat & cheese in their items. Who doesn't love a late night Taco Bell run at some point in their lives? ;)
