Sir James was awesome guy! He did make sure we are good with food. Ask my kids directly to make them happy. This place is nice and quiet. My kids enjoying their funny pancakes.

There were more employees there than there were customers, yet our food still took 45 minutes to come out, and we could tell that it had just been sitting under a hot lamp longer than it took to even cook it. I'm a vegetarian, and I made sure to tell the server that. While we're waiting for our food, there are 3 employees standing around behind us just sitting on their phones, they're all yelling and it sounded like they were just playing around in the back, some girl is literally screaming at the top of her lungs in the kitchen, and another sever comes out and gives us a dirty look & just says "don't worry about it". our food FINALLY comes out and there's steak hidden under my eggs, but I don't find this out until I'm already chewing on a dead cow, something that I've avoided for 3 years now. Get some employees with a better attitude and actually know how to work such a simple job, rather than seeing their place of work as a playground.

One name: Sir James. He knows us. Its been 6 months since he saw my mom dad and niece. He remembered them, what my niece wanted and was just a blast. I cant give enough kuddos to this guy. If not for him this location would just be mundane. The food is usually really good for us and he makes sure its done well or sends it back. The fact that he makes my niece glows gives me no words to say. He needs a raise and to be known he is the light at this place. If you go - ask for Sir James. You wont be disappointed. Its an experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the new menu, our excellent breakfast, the variety, the cleanliness of the entire restaurant, and the absolutely delightful staff. We've been to this place in the number of times and it's always been very good. This time it was even better! And the restrooms are extremely clean.
