We needed a good meal and decided to stop at one of our favorite franchises. It was on a Tuesday around 7:30. No wait but we ordered to go. Three people, two chicken sandwiches, one wrap, two with sweet potato fries. We waited a long time. But no worries! We were starved. We got our food out to the car and checked it. One chicken sandwich had a couple sliced onions. That's it. No mayo no lettuce....cold. The sweet potato fries were so burnt they were black and hard and COLD! No worries, took them back in. I showed them, they apologized, I said no worries. They come back 10 min later, they had dumped a side of mayo and a little bowl of lettuce on TOP OF THE COLD FRIES and the cold sandwich, and handed me a container and said here are your fresh fries. Are you kidding me?? The ones I had before were fresher!! Biggest waste of 40.00! No worries indeed!

This place is amazing. The food was great, I went with 20 people and after we ordered it was there in only around 20 minutes, the employees who were stuff with us were really nice, and, as a joke we asked if they would sing Happy birthday to one of our friends (it wasn't their birthday which we told them), but they went with the joke and I appreciate the entire staff. I highly recommend this location.

Good food at least what I had was a dinner salad. I don't eat hamburgers at Red Robin because they won't cook them the way I like them. They only cook them well done or something like that. But the salad with chicken or some other things on the menu are tasty. Service was good the guy was nice. He just disappeared for a little too long.

If you're looking for a really good burger, unlimited fries, and some hard liqueur to wash it down then look no further. Service was good. So many burger choices it's hard to choose, but every one I tried I enjoyed. Drinks and food prices are on the higher side and drinks are not very potent (-1 star), but overall I had a very good experience.

Good stuff! Professional staff, quick service and good food. Even to-go from here is good. Haven't had any issues with this location.
