Pretty good location. Food is always prepared well and take out / to go orders tend to be correct. Inside seating is fine and kept pretty clean. Outdoor seating is nice but fairly limited and tables are pretty wobbly. Not really a lot more to say. Like I stated pretty good place, but nothing special or over and above the standard offering.

Worst service ever!!! Ordered ahead, and paid, order wasn't made. First person I told I had a web order to pick up, just walked away. Next person I told, said it wasn't ready. When I said it is past the pickup time, she said "yeah, they should have made it." Turns out the first person who walked away was a manager. They said "sorry." No one acted really sorry at all, or offered anything to make it right. I decided I didn't want food from here, and requested a refund. They refused the refund because I paid online and didn't have a physical card present. The other manager was rude and confrontational and refused to provide further contact info for the company. Through all of this I was not even offered a free drink for all the trouble. Decent food isn't enough to make me go back to this place again. Plus, the wait times are terrible if you don't order ahead....and even if you do apparantely.

Love everything about this place... minus the bathroom visit 2 hours after i eat the burrito. Staff at this location is always friendly.

Now that they've got the online ordering fixed I feel comfortable giving them a good review. LOVE that I can order online and just deal with the cashiers, no offense to the other employees. There's a better chance when dealing with just cashiers and can just walk up to them and get my done order that I get nicer attitudes. Because I'm not cranky from standing in line and going from person to person and telling them what I want for ingredients on each different order, and I never go with just one order either, usually have 3+ orders to get correct. And my chances are smaller to run into a cranky person putting ingredients on, and me being cranky while standing in line. Not a good combination to have me cranky and them cranky. So, my experience so far has been better ordering online. The last 2 experiences have been fabulous!! The cashiers I picked my food up from were REALLY nice. Especially tonight's cashier! The young lady was SUPER NICE, friendly and fast!! I wish I would've remembered her name. They were busy for 915-930pm and she was still nice. I've had nothing but yummy experiences with the food here. So, I definitely would and do recommend friends to go to this location.

I had a very pleasant experience at this Chipotle! The staff were very kind, fast, and the environment was enjoyable. It was very clean within the restaurant as well!
